Out of Hours
For assistance between the hours of 18:30 and 08:00, and at weekends, cover is provided by Worcestershire GP Emergency Service - telephone 111.  NHS111 is free to both landlines and mobiles. 

Building work
We are about to commence the building of an extension and improvements to our existing building.  This will start Monday, 10th April and complete mid November.  We thank you for your understanding and patience whilst this work is undertaken.

Car parking - please be aware that there will be no car parking facilities the week commencing 27th November due to re-surfacing work. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Dispensary - We are unable to offer a dispensary service on Thursday 16th and Friday 17th November, normal service will resume Monday 20th November. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Flu Vaccinations - Please ring reception on 01386 552424 and ask for a seasonal vaccination appointment.  For further information, including eligibility, please see the Flu Vaccinations tab on the right of our homepage under Further Information.

Have we got your up-to-date mobile number?
We now offer a texting service to remind you of your appointments and allow you to cancel any unwanted appointments via text.  Please keep us up-to-date with your mobile number so you can benefit from this service.

Test Results

Test results (including blood and urine) generally take between 3 to 7 working days to come back from the laboratory.  The clinician taking the sample will advise you when to ring for your result.

If a result is abnormal you may get a phone call from the out of hours service should the surgery be shut when the result becomes available.  Please make sure your contact details are correct and inform us asap if any details change.

X-ray results take 2 to 3 weeks to be processed.

To obtain test results, please telephone 01386 552424 between 11:00-18:00 Monday to Friday.

All results are reviewed by your GP who will advise reception on any action that may need to be taken, (e.g. make an appointment to see the GP, telephone the GP or have test retaken, etc).  Reception will only give you a result that the GP has commented on.  If the GP has not seen the result you will be advised to ring back.

IMPORTANT     For reasons of confidentiality, results can only be given to the patient themselves or their legal carer.
