MoodMaster is an upbeat approach to physical and emotional well being.

Are you … Depressed … Anxious … Irritable … Angry ?

Do you have trouble sleeping, have difficulty concentrating, problems in controlling your emotions, or is life just losing its sparkle?

MoodMaster can help!

We are planning weekly groups in your area to help you deal with troublesome emotions and give positive, structured sessions to help make your life more enjoyable.

Every Wednesday 11am-12.30pm

(September 11th until November 27th).

Parkinsons exercise classes

for people affected by Parkinsons in Pershore, Evesham and surrounding areas.

at:  Lower Moor Village Hall, Cherry Orchard Road, Lower Moor, Pershore, WR10 2PH

on:   1st and 3rd Monday of every month

from:  2:00 to 3:00 pm

cost:   £2.50 per session

The Move It or Lose It exercise sessions will improve your strength, mobility and confidence in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Walking Football

A slower paced, non-contact version of the "beautiful game"  Helping people to get active and become involved in a team sport.

£2 for all sessions

Qi Gong Sessions

Rooftop Housing group are running weekly Qi Gong sessions, including once a month Mindful Meditation to improve well being and offer a holistic system of self-preservation against the stresses and strains of daily life.

These run every Wednesday 11.30am-12.30pm at Rivers, Pershore Leisure Centre, King Georges Way, Pershore, WR10 1QU and cost £3 per session.
