We are planning weekly groups in your area to help you deal with troublesome emotions and give positive, structured sessions to help make your life more enjoyable.

Qi Gong Sessions
Rooftop Housing group are running weekly Qi Gong sessions, including once a month Mindful Meditation to improve well being and offer a holistic system of self-preservation against the stresses and strains of daily life.
These run every Wednesday 11.30am-12.30pm at Rivers, Pershore Leisure Centre, King Georges Way, Pershore, WR10 1QU and cost £3 per session.
