Non-urgent advice: What are the aims of our PPG group?

Our PPG works in several ways to benefit both the practice and our patients, these include:

  • Providing Patient Feedback - We gather patients opinions on the services we provide and siggest inporvements, based on real experiences.
  • Helping Shape Services - By discussing changes in the practice, we ensure that patient voices are heard when decisions are made.
  • Improving Communication - We help inform patients about new services, health campaigns and any changes in healthcare provision.
  • Organising Health Events - the group may help arrange information sessions or health awareness events to benefit our community.
  • Supporting The Practice - They assist in non-medical ways, such as changes to our systems, Helping with Covid and flu vacccinations and much more.
