Allergy Season is here - Watch out for Hayfever!

Hayfever season has finally arrived, and we know many of our patients are already starting to feel the effects. Sneezing, itchy eyes, runny nose and congestion are all common symptoms.

If you suffer from Hayfever, now is the time to start taking precautions:
  • Keep windows and doors closed during high pollen days.
  • Shower and change clothes after being outdoors.
  • Use antihistamines or nasal sprays as recommended.
  • Speak to your local pharmacy for advice.
