How to set up the NHS App!

When you download The NHS App for the first time you will need a few things to get started, these are:

  • Your own email address.
  • A mobile number or landline number.
  • Date of birth
  • Postcode
  • NHS number (if known)
  • 2 forms of ID.

Setting up an account via the NHS app will give you basic access to your records. If you want full access you will need to apply for it on our online access Page
