Private medical services
The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, private prescriptions and some vaccination services.
Due to current clinical demand, please enquire with reception the current expected timeframe for processing your request as clinical work has to take priority over administrative work and we may not be able to meet your expectation.

Our fees for private medical services, which are in line with BMA approved national guidelines, are displayed below:
