A charge will be made for items not covered by the NHS - eg medicals for HGV licence/sport/pre-employment, passport applications, driving licence applications, forms asked to be completed by patients, private sickness certificates and claim forms for private medical insurance (BUPA etc), some travel vaccines and medications.

Due to current clinical demand, please enquire with reception the current expected timeframe for processing your request as clinical work has to take priority over administrative work and we may not be able to meet your expectation.
